We work hard to serve you at our best quality services. To meet the highest quality, we perform round robin program and comply closely to the internationally recognized standard procedures. More than half of the about 30 coal laboratories, as well as mineral and environmental labs are accredited to ISO 17025-2005. (ISO 17025 is international standard for general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories)
Round Robin Program
All laboratory equipment is routinely calibrated. The quality of each laboratory's analysis results is monitored through the use of certified reference materials (CRM), daily controlled sample analysis, and participation in "round robin" check analysis programs. Quality Control is maintained by daily analysis of standard samples, the results of which are presented as "range charts", and by participation in regular "round robin" testing program.
